Built on the former Huntington Beach Golf Course
Beachwalk Huntington SeaCliff is a jewel, just a stone’s throw from the beach. If you are looking for a beach lifestyle community in Huntington Beach, this is it, ‘bar none.’’
Built in 1972-1974 on the 66 acre former Huntington Beach golf course. This is where the community got the eucalyptus trees which are teaming with wildlife especially birds of all kinds of feathers. Beachwalk Huntington SeaCliff built 453 attached homes and with 6 various floor plans.
Beachwalk is truly known in the HOA circles as taking care of the owner equity. The HOA is fully funded and recently re-roofed the entire community of 453 homes, repainted the entire community exterior and remodeled both clubhouses. The homeowners proactive HOA budgeted and paid for maintenance and upgrades… Not a dime accessed to the homeowners.
The Community boasts a beautiful 6 lane 25 yard ‘Junior’ Olympic size swimming pool at the main clubhouse with 4 additional pools sprinkled throughout the community. The clubhouse has men’s and women’s saunas, showers, dressing rooms. There is a big spa and a sand volleyball court. What’s also cool is over a mile of paved walking trails through the community amongst the old growth trees and greenbelts.

How We Moderate
- All members asked to stop any inappropriate or unacceptable behavior are expected to comply with a managers request and directions immediately. Behavior that violates Community Guidelines will be met with appropriate action, including:
- Gentle reminders of the Community Guidelines
- Firm warnings and removal of inappropriate content.
- Removal from the community without refund or eligibility to reapply in the future
Our sole purpose is to provide a safe, healthy robust community member experience and to bring about a return to baseline behavior to those who stray from community guidelines set forth by Community Founders
We have a zero tolerance policy for harassment and sexual advances.
We maintain the right to determine the consequences of any issue at our discretion and are under no obligation to share our findings or determinations beyond the individual(s) involved.
