PAINTING THE EXTERIOR OF THE COMMUNITY HAS BEGUN
Beachwalk Huntington SeaCliff, built in 1972-1974 on the 66 acre former Huntington Beach golf course, and in such close proximity to the Pacific Ocean means a never ending battle of preventative maintainence to battle the moisture and salt we enjoy in the air.
Beachwalk is known in HOA circles as taking care of resident equity. The HOA is fully funded and recently re-roofed the entire community of 453 homes and is in process of repainting the entire community of residence exteriors.
