Remember the conversations with your parents, guardians, or elders of your clan, tribe, or community. I’ll bet this interaction and communication cultivated deeper ties, or roots between each other. My specialty is bringing the group or space together, engaging in frank discussions with you and your organizing members. These we call ‘Founders.’
